Survey about Servant Leadership and Sports Coaching, an opportunity to participate in an online survey.

In case you are interested in the survey below, please share this information among Christian coaches.

The main aim of this project is to investigate the philosophies and practices of Christian sports coaches. We want to examine the extent to which the theory of servant leadership accurately reflects how and why Christians coach their athletes. You do not need to know anything about the theory of servant leadership to contribute to the project.

The survey is anonymous, can be saved part way through, and takes between 15 and 30 minutes to complete.

Benvinguts i benvingudes al blog!

El Grup d’Investigació Social i Educativa de l’Activitat Física i l’Esport va iniciar la seva activitat de recerca ja al 1992 en el marc del Laboratori d’Investigació Social de l’INEFC Barcelona. Des d’aleshores, el grup ha anat creixent i incorporant persones d’altres centres, de manera que actualment, el GISEAFE, seguint amb la filosofia establerta des dels seus orígens, està format per més de 30 persones que, per la seva formació, aporten coneixements molt diversos que troben en l’educació física i l’esport el seu comú denominador, com són: la pedagogia, la sociologia, la història, la didàctica, la psicologia, el dret, la gestió, o la política, a més a més dels propis i específics de l’educació física i les ciències de l’activitat física i l’esport.
